If your fidget key arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at skyrimblankets@outlook.com with:

Once verified, we will provide:

A replacement of your advent calendar, or

A full refund if a replacement is unavailable
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will correct the mistake with a replacement or refund.
